Office of the Campus Director

Ms. Rathana Cham is currently serving as a Deputy Campus Director at Aii Language Center, Toul Sangke Campus, one of Cambodia’s leading and most innovative educational institutions, renowned for its commitment to Quality, Discipline, and Service.

Ms. Cham holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), which she earned in 2018. She began her career at Aii Language Center as a full-time ESL teacher on February 26, 2018. Over the course of her three years of teaching, she has taught a variety of levels and worked with diverse groups of students. Her ability to apply effective and engaging teaching techniques has created an enjoyable and productive learning environment for her students.

Due to her outstanding teaching performance and professionalism, Ms. Cham was recognized as an Outstanding Teacher at the end of 2021. After her first year of service, she was invited to join Aii’s management team in 2019; however, she chose to continue focusing on her teaching career at that time. Her continued dedication, commitment, and contributions to the institution later earned her a promotion to ESL Head Teacher at Mao Tse Tong Campus on November 1, 2021.

Within less than a year, Ms. Cham’s exceptional leadership and hard work led to her promotion as Deputy Campus Director at Mao Tse Tong Campus on September 15, 2022. In recognition of her strong leadership, professional excellence, and contributions to the growth of the school, she was appointed as Deputy Campus Director of Aii Toul Sangke Campus on October 1, 2025.

Ms. Cham is deeply passionate about education and student development. She firmly believes that:
